Reviews and Ratings
While the hotel offers a stunning view of KL Tower and some welcoming staff, my experience was marred by persistent noise from ongoing construction and inconsistent service. The rooms themselves were spacious and clean, but I encountered issues with room assignments and staff behavior that left me quite frustrated. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay, this hotel might not be the best choice right now.
I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, offering a lovely view. The location was perfect, within walking distance of many attractions. The breakfast options were fantastic, with a good mix of international and local dishes. However, I had a small issue with the parking, as it wasn't as straightforward as expected. Overall, the value for money was excellent.
My stay was good overall, given the reasonable price. The rooms were clean, and I enjoyed the beautiful view of the city, especially at night. However, it was quite noisy during our visit due to a buffet dinner event, and the breakfast options were limited and not very warm.
I had mixed experiences during my stay. The hotel is situated right next to Chinatown and close to Bukit Bintang, making it very convenient for exploring. The staff were exceptionally courteous and welcoming, but I faced some inconsistencies with service and overall cleanliness. The rooms, while spacious, showed signs of aging and needed a good renovation.
My stay at the hotel was quite an experience. I loved that it was conveniently located near popular areas, with great views of the KL tower from my room. The staff was generally courteous, and I appreciated the spacious and clean rooms. Unfortunately, the noise from renovations was disruptive, making it hard to relax. Also, my dining experience left a bit to be desired due to the limited menu options and poor service on one occasion.
